About LeaseX Surveying
Lease X is an independent chartered surveyors and valuers practice in Brighton and Hove area. Their head quarters was been established in 2017, in Portslade.
Originally, the business was set up by Geoff Holden, a fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Their practice is specialised in valuations and in providing advice for lease extensions and collective enfranchisements, under the leasehold reform legislation.
The challenge
Lease X, new owners were seeking a simple, but modern website that would allow them to display all their products and services. Previously, their online presence was inexistent.
The new website and GMB profile improved their local presence and offered relevant information to their customers about their area of expertise and team members.
Due to responsive and carefully crafted website along with a stronger local presence, LeaseX business stream consolidated, bringing more leads in through their GMB and contact form.
